Of course I heard many of the pieces in this program before, but the new material in here is, in itself, worth the price of the CD. I was particularly impressed by the Durighello suite on Jewish liturgical themes. No facile quotations from either the Ashkenazi or Sephardi traditions, but a unique expression of emotional depth. I was touched.

Certamente avevo già ascoltato molti dei pezzi di questo programma, ma il nuovo materiale, da solo, vale il prezzo del CD. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalla suite di Durighello su temi liturgici ebraici. Non facile capire se di tradizione Aschenazita o Sefardita, ma un’unica espressione di una profondità emotiva. Sono rimasto colpito.
